1. Order Processing and Dispatch
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days once payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or U.S. federal holidays.
For expedited shipping options, orders must be placed before the posted daily cutoff time for same-day dispatch. Orders placed after the cutoff will ship the next business day.

3. International Shipping
International shipping is available to selected countries where research peptide imports are legally permitted. Standard international delivery times range from 5–10 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.

4. International Order Policies
All products are for research use only. Customers must ensure full compliance with local laws regarding research material imports.
Fuel Peptide does not provide refunds or replacements for:
Packages seized, rejected, or returned by customs
Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses
Shipments marked as “delivered” but reported as not received
Delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues
International orders cannot be canceled once shipped.

Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted.
Customers should be aware that temperature-sensitive products may degrade during extended transit or extreme weather; the customer assumes this risk.

6. Tracking and Delivery Support

For lost or damaged shipments:

Fuel Peptide will coordinate with the carrier to investigate the issue.
Fuel Peptide is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, environmental conditions, or other external factors.
Packages returned due to failed delivery attempts or refusal may incur:
