1. General Refund Policy

1.1 Due to the specialized and sensitive nature of our research materials, refunds and returns are permitted only under specific circumstances, such as cancellations before shipment, confirmed defects, or non-delivery caused by our error.

1.2 All refund or return requests must be submitted to Fuelpeptide@yahoo.com. Each request will be reviewed in accordance with the terms of this policy.

Fuel Peptide aims to handle all inquiries promptly while maintaining the strict quality and compliance standards required for research-grade products.

2. Cancellations Before Shipment

2.1 Orders may be canceled for a full refund only if the product has not yet shipped.
To request a cancellation, contact Fuelpeptide@yahoo.com immediately.

2.2 Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled unless specified in the applicable sections of this policy.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

3.1 If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, notify us within 14 days of delivery by emailing Fuelpeptide@yahoo.com.
Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photographic evidence of damage or defect

3.2 After reviewing the claim, we may offer a refund or replacement at our discretion.

While all products undergo rigorous quality checks prior to shipment, we address issues promptly to ensure research integrity.

4. Non-Delivery or Address Issues

4.1 If your package is not delivered due to an error on our part, Fuel Peptide will issue a replacement or refund once the issue is verified.

4.2 If non-delivery results from an incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate address provided during checkout, or if the shipment is refused, no refund or replacement will be issued.

4.3 Orders marked as “delivered” by the carrier but reported as “not received” are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

5. International Orders

5.1 International customers are subject to the same refund guidelines described in this policy.

5.2 Fuel Peptide does not refund or replace orders seized, delayed, or rejected by customs authorities for non-compliance with local laws.

5.3 Customers are responsible for ensuring the legality of importing research compounds into their country, as well as covering any applicable taxes or duties.

6. Non-Returnable Products

6.1 Due to the temperature-sensitive and perishable nature of peptides, returns are not accepted unless the product is damaged or defective as defined above.

6.2 Products compromised due to improper storage, extreme temperatures, or mishandling after delivery are not eligible for refund or replacement.

7. Refund Processing

7.1 Approved refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

7.2 Shipping fees, customs charges, and applicable restocking fees (e.g., 10% for returned or undeliverable packages) may be deducted from the refund amount.
