1. Eligibility to Use the Site

Orders may be canceled prior to dispatch by emailing Fuelpeptide@yahoo.com. Because our products are produced for research purposes, cancellations may not be available once processing begins or after shipment.
3.3 Defective or Damaged Items
If a product arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 14 days of delivery with your order number, description, and supporting evidence. Upon inspection, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
3.4 Non-Delivery or Incorrect Address
Refunds or replacements for returned packages will be processed only after the product is received back at our facility. Customers are responsible for additional shipping fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
